Managed IT, Cybersecurity & Compliance

Secure IT and Compliance That Keeps Your Work Moving.

Launch MSP runs IT, cybersecurity and compliance for organizations whose work runs through Washington — federal contractors, associations, nonprofits, and the firms that advise them — plus commercial businesses across the DMV. All on Microsoft 365, Azure, and the servers and devices that connect to them.

Who We Serve

Built for Your Operating Environment

Our clients answer to members, donors, boards, clients, regulators, and contracting officers. That changes what good IT has to mean.

Federal Contractors

Primes and subcontractors handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), with contract obligations, assessments, and small-business designations to protect.

Associations and Advocacy

Member and donor records, conference and campaign peaks, chapters and volunteers, and a small internal team carrying all of it.

Nonprofits and International Development

Country offices and remote staff, funder and grant reporting, and people who need to work securely from places with unreliable infrastructure.

Professional and Regulatory Firms

Legal, accounting, and advisory work under client confidentiality — filing deadlines, and clients who increasingly ask how their data is handled before they sign.

Construction and Real Estate

Office and site staff on one system, owners and subcontractors who need the right documents and no others, and project records that outlive the project.

Teams With Their Own IT

We can run IT entirely, or add specialist depth in security, compliance, Azure, and Microsoft 365 alongside the team you already have.

Assessed, Not Just Asserted

We Built the Enclave Behind a Final CMMC Level 2 Status

We built and continue to manage the Microsoft 365 GCC High enclave a federal contractor uses for its Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). That enclave was included in the client’s successful independent CMMC Level 2 assessment, carried out by an authorized CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO).

Formally, the client — not Launch MSP — holds Final CMMC Status Level 2 for its assessed environment. We built and operate the enclave the assessor examined, and our configurations and documentation were examined as part of the assessment.

Not every client is a federal contractor, and many will never face a formal assessment. It matters to them anyway: it is independent evidence that our design, configuration, and documentation hold up when someone outside the room examines them.

Tenant, identity, and data boundaries built for CUI from the start.

Virtual Desktops

Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop, configured to restrict CUI transfer to local devices.

FedRAMP Status Checked per Offering

Services selected for the FedRAMP status the environment requires, checked per offering.

Assessed and Operating

Not a pilot. A production environment we run day to day.

How We Work

A Structured Start, Not a Sales Pitch

Every engagement begins the same way: we learn your environment before we recommend anything.

Discovery Conversation

We start by understanding your operations, pain points, and obligations—not by quoting a package.

Environment Assessment

We review your infrastructure, security posture, and processes to establish where you actually stand.

Tailored Recommendations

You get a clear plan with priorities, trade-offs, and costs stated plainly.

Ongoing Partnership

We implement, monitor, and adapt as your requirements and risks change.
